CNC milling

Our new Brother Speedio S700Xd2 brings high-speed machining and a 4th axis, so features on multiple sides get cut in fewer setups. That means better feature-to-feature accuracy and lower cost. Two Sharp SVL2416SE-M mills handle larger parts and add capacity.

  • 4-axis indexing for multi-sided parts
  • Pockets, profiles, threads and tight bores
  • Housings, brackets, manifolds and fixtures
02

CNC turning

Round parts and turned features run on our Hwacheon CNC lathe. Combine turning and milling for parts that need both.

  • Shafts, pins, bushings and spacers
  • Threads, grooves and bores
  • Turned-and-milled parts
03

Prototyping

Need one part to prove out a design? That's a real order here. We'll turn prototypes fast and tell you what would make the production version cheaper to build.

  • Single pieces and small lots
  • Design-for-manufacturing feedback
  • Expedite options for rush builds
04

Production runs

From short runs to ongoing production. Larger runs price better because setup and machine time are spread across more parts. Need parts now? We can ship a first batch to get your line going and deliver the rest after.

  • Repeat orders and blanket POs
  • Partial shipments
  • Consistent, inspected parts run after run
05

Finishing & secondary operations

We handle finishing in-house where it makes sense and manage trusted outside vendors for the rest. You get finished parts from one PO and one point of contact.

  • Tumbling (in-house)
  • Bead / sand blasting (in-house)
  • Engraving (in-house)
  • Laser marking (in-house)
  • Anodizing (vendor-managed)
  • Plating (vendor-managed)
  • Heat treating (vendor-managed)
06

Inspection

Critical dimensions are verified on our Micro-Vu optical CMM. That's non-contact measurement, ideal for small features, thin walls and plastics that a probe could deflect.

  • Non-contact optical measurement
  • Small and delicate features
  • Inspection to your print
