What we collect
When you request a quote, contact us or apply for a job, we collect what you enter in the form, such as your name, company, email, phone number and message. We also collect any files you upload, like CAD models, drawings and resumes.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to you, quote and manufacture your parts, or consider your job application. We do not sell or share your information or files with anyone except as needed to make your parts (for example, an outside finishing vendor), or when the law requires it.
Your files
Uploaded files are stored privately with our hosting provider and are not publicly accessible. We gladly sign NDAs. Ask before you send files if you need one.
Service providers
This site is hosted on Vercel, and form submissions are delivered by email through Resend. These providers process data on our behalf to run the website.
